  • Must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and clearance items, are non-returnable (see Section 6).

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Cancellations & Order Changes
